If for any reason you are not satisfied with any product, please return in original condition within 2 weeks and we will issue a credit for our online NOOZ store.  Sorry no refunds for postage.

Here at NOOZ our quality control team carefully check each garment but if your garment is found to be faulty upon arrival, please contact us and we will send a replacement once faulty item is returned.  If no more in stock a full refund will be issued.
