STORES

Our Mosgiel store is now once again OPEN! We are working under strict distancing and health and safety guidelines as laid out by the NZ Government.

Pop-ups and events are still not able to take place in Level 2, we will rebook cities & towns once we see what alert L1 looks like.

ONLINE STORE - DELIVERIES

The couriers are working hard to get your orders delivered, but there will still be longer than average time frames for our lovely N O O Z goodies to get to you under Level 2.

RETURNS 

As we continue to navigate through the unprecedented challenges posed by Coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to let you know we are committed to continuing to provide the best customer service we can. At times we are experiencing a higher number of messages and it may take a little time to get to you - we appreciate your patience as we work through this.

We understand there may be disruptions to getting Returns to us. We ask that if you do wish to return an item that you email our customer service team at sales@nooz.co.nz within 14 days of receiving your order. Then follow our usual terms and conditions (https://nooz.co.nz/pages/easy-returns-refunds) and items can be returned to us within our normal time-frame (14 days) from the date Alert level 4 concluded.

VOUCHERS

All NOOZ vouchers will be extended by 6 weeks if they were due to expire during lockdown.
