Pop-ups and events are obviously no longer able to take place.
All of our NOOZ website stock is now at Suz & Simon's home garage and will remain here until the NZ Covid-19 Level 4 alert is lifted, this is also when all orders will be dispatched to you. Working remotely from home means we will be able to continue showing you all the products we currently have IN-STOCK, including lots of newness.

As we continue to navigate through the unprecedented challenges posed by Coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to let you know we are committed to continuing to provide the best customer service we can.
We understand there will be disruptions to getting Returns to us. We ask that if you do wish to return an item that you email our customer service team at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Then once the Alert level 4 has been lifted, follow our usual terms and conditions (https://nooz.co.nz/pages/easy-returns-refunds) and items can be returned to us within our normal time-frame (14 days) from the date Alert level 4 concluded.

Our greatest priority at this time is the health and safety of our team members and you, our customers. If any Returns are received within the Alert level 4 we have extra measures in place, in particular a hold period of 3 days before any incoming packages are handled. Any outgoing orders sent will also be processed with an extra emphasis on hygiene in line with government recommendations.
