We want you to absolutely love your NOOZ pieces, but we understand that online shopping can be tricky. We're here to make things as smooth as possible.
How returns work
Pack & post
Send your parcel to our Mosgiel address using a tracked courier service.
Receive store credit
Once inspected (every Wednesday), we'll issue your store credit via email.
NZ & Australia
Within 14 days of receiving your order
International orders
Within 31 days of receiving your order
Policy details
Returns Policy
If you're not completely happy with the style, fit, or size of a full-priced item, you can return it for a store credit.
Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags still attached
- Returned with proof of purchase
Final Sale Items
Please choose carefully — final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.
In-Store Exchanges
Exchanges are only available in-store at our Mosgiel location.
Please bring:
- Your items in original condition
- Proof of purchase (email, invoice, or dispatch notice)

Faulty Items
We're sorry if your item isn't quite right. Contact us at sales@nooz.co.nz with your order number and photos of the issue.
Faulty item returns must:
- Be reported within 90 days of purchase
- Show a genuine manufacturer's fault
- Not be damaged through wear, misuse, or accident
Non-Returnable Items
- Jewellery — no returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons
- Final sale items
- Items without proof of purchase
- Items not in original condition or not following care instructions
Colour Disclaimer
We do our best to accurately display product colours. However, due to variations in screen settings and manufacturing processes, slight differences in colour or texture may occur.

We recommend using a tracked courier — returns are your responsibility until received by us.
Returns may take up to 14 business days to arrive and be processed. Shipping charges are not refundable.
