Please choose carefully β€” final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.
If a sale item is returned to us, it will be sent back at your expense.

πŸ“¦ Returns Policy

If you’re not completely happy with the style, fit, or size of your full-priced item(s), you can return them for a store credit.

⏱️ Return Timeframes:

  • New Zealand & Australia: Within 14 days of receiving your order
  • International Orders: Within 31 days of receiving your order

βœ… Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags attached
  • Returned with proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or dispatch notice)

πŸ’‘ Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
πŸ›‘ No returns or exchanges on jewellery for hygiene reasons.

Please note that if the order was paid via AfterPay, your installment payments will continue until the original item has been paid in full.

πŸ›οΈ In-Store Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges are only available in-store.
Please bring your items and proof of purchase (email, invoice, or dispatch notice) into our Mosgiel store, and our friendly team will help you out.

🚚 Postal Returns

To return by post:

  1. Download, complete, and enclose our Returns Form
  2. Send your parcel to:

πŸ“¦ We recommend using a tracked courier service β€” returns are your responsibility until received by us.
⏳ Returns may take up to 14 business days to arrive and be processed.
❌ Shipping charges are not refundable.

⚠️ Faulty Items

We're so sorry if your item isn't quite right. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at sales@nooz.co.nz with your order number and photos of the issue.

Faulty items must:

  • Be returned within 90 days of purchase
  • Show a genuine manufacturer's fault
  • Not be damaged due to wear and tear, misuse, or accidents

Faulty Item Returns:

  • If approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label
  • Only the faulty item should be returned in the bag
  • If additional (non-faulty) items are returned in the same parcel, a $12 charge will apply ($7 shipping + $5 penalty)

If you prefer not to receive a replacement but still require a prepaid label, we’ll email one to you β€” same $12 charge applies if extra items are included.

🎨 Colour Disclaimer

We do our best to accurately display product colours. However, due to variations in screen settings and manufacturing processes, slight differences in colour or texture may occur.

  • Items without proof of purchase will not be accepted
  • Items that have not followed care instructions will not be eligible for return
