How do I join the NOOZ Rewards Program?
Create a NOOZ customer account and you'll automatically become part of our rewards program. You can also join by clicking the 'Check Rewards' widget at the bottom of our website.
How do I earn loyalty points?
Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend online or in-store (excluding sale items, shipping fees, taxes and discounts). Each time you shop, you'll receive an email with your updated points balance. There are also extra ways to earn under the Earn tab of your loyalty profile, such as completing your account details.
How do I check my balance and redeem rewards?
Click 'Check Rewards' on our website at any time to see your current balance. After each online order, you'll also receive an email update. From your loyalty profile, you can redeem points for a unique coupon code.
How do I use my reward coupon?
Once you have enough points to unlock a reward, redeem it for a unique coupon code. At checkout, paste your code into the Discount bar and click Apply. Note: only one coupon code can be used per order.

- NOOZ reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time
- Coupons can only be redeemed once
- Unused coupon balances are not redeemable on future purchases
- Returns may result in coupon value being deducted from store credit
- Loyalty points expire after 1 year (365 days)
- Points cannot be earned on sale, discounted, or gift card purchases
- Points cannot be redeemed on discounted orders
- *Excludes sale items, shipping fees, taxes and discounts
