Ordering

Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin packing orders as quickly as possible, so we can't always guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If you've made a mistake or need to update your order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@nooz.co.nz and we'll do our very best to help.

How do I know if my order has been received?

You'll receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Once your parcel has been dispatched, we'll send you another email with your tracking details.

If you haven't received your confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder before getting in touch.

Can I use more than one discount code?

Only one discount code or promotional offer can be used per order unless otherwise stated.

Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively once an order has been completed.

Can I purchase a Gift Voucher?

Yes! NOOZ Gift Vouchers make the perfect present and are available to purchase online.

How much is shipping?

New Zealand
  • Free shipping on orders over $150
  • Standard Courier: $9
  • Rural Delivery: $12.50

Australia
  • Flat rate shipping: $20 AUD

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days.

During sale periods, public holidays and promotional events, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

How long will delivery take?

New Zealand
  • Metro: Usually 1–3 business days
  • Rural: Usually 3–5 business days

Australia
  • Approximately 7–14 business days

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship throughout New Zealand and Australia.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.
Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We want you to love your NOOZ purchase. If a full-priced item isn't quite right, you're welcome to return it for store credit, provided it is:
  • Returned within the required timeframe
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Can I exchange my item?

Exchanges are available in-store only at our Mosgiel store.

For online orders, simply return your item for store credit and place a new order for your preferred size or style.

Do you refund sale items?

No. All sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or credited — so please choose carefully.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

We recommend using a tracked courier service, as returned parcels remain your responsibility until they reach us.

What if my item is faulty?

We're sorry if something isn't quite right. Please email sales@nooz.co.nz with:
  • Your order number
  • Photos of the fault
  • A brief description of the issue

Faulty items must be reported within 90 days of purchase. If approved, we'll provide a prepaid return label.
Sizing & Products

How do I know which size to choose?

Every product page includes sizing information where available.

If you're unsure, simply contact us — we're always happy to help you choose the best fit.

What size does OSFM fit?

Most OSFM styles comfortably fit NZ sizes 8–16 (sizing recommendations are on product pages), depending on the garment design and fabric.

How can I check if a garment will fit me?

Contact us for detailed garment measurements and personalised fit advice — we're always happy to help.

Are the measurements body measurements or garment measurements?

Unless stated otherwise, measurements refer to the actual garment.

Who models the NOOZ clothing?

Most NOOZ styles are modelled by owner Suz, who is 172cm tall and wears a NZ size 10–12.

Will colours look exactly the same as they do online?

We do our best to accurately photograph every item. However, colours can vary slightly depending on your screen settings and individual device.

Will sold-out items come back?

Many of our best-selling styles are restocked, but not all.

If a style has sold out, make sure you are signed up for our emails or follow us on social media to be the first to hear about restocks.

Yes! You can spread your payments over instalments with Afterpay at checkout.

Where can I find your next Pop-Up Shop?

We regularly travel throughout New Zealand with our famous NOOZ Pop-Up Shops.

Can I return or exchange items at a Pop-Up Shop?

Yes. If you're attending one of our Pop-Up Shops, our team will happily help with eligible exchanges or answer any questions about your purchase.
